Job Summary

The Support Staff role provides flexible, on-call administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the school office. The Support Staff member helps maintain a welcoming and organized environment in alignment with the mission and values of the school community.

Job Responsibilities

Administrative and Clerical Tasks:

-Perform filing, copying, organizing, and basic mail distribution tasks.
-Support logistics for school meetings, events, or projects.
-Assist teachers and staff with administrative errands or classroom-related prep.
-Operate basic office technology, including printers, copiers, phone systems, and sign-in platforms.

Job Requirements
-Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
-Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
-Flexible, dependable, and comfortable with shifting priorities.
-Proficient in basic office technology and communication tools.
-Practicing Catholic or supportive of the mission and values of a Catholic school.
