- Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers with between 5-6 Years PQE.
- You will be responsible for a full residential property caseload from the start to completion.
- It is essential that you build client relationships through managing client expectations regarding options, outcomes, risk and timescales.
- You will have exceptional communication skills and work well within a team environment.
- Previous experience of supervising more junior members of the team would be advantageous.
- You will show a keen interest in business development and networking.
