5+ years in a Director of Rooms (or senior rooms division leadership) role at a luxury resort/hotel

Forbes Travel Guide experience is essential

Expert in rooms operations with a sharp eye for detail & guest personalization

U.S. or Canadian passport (required)

Prior island/remote experience = huge plus
