Student Assistant, Production GMP Support

Lundbeck is looking for a dedicated and curious student assistant to join our Solid Bulk Production (SBP) GMP Support team. Your new role

As a student assistant in SBP GMP Support, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work closely with our production teams, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). The role will allow you to develop new skills and contribute to the production of life-changing medication.

Your responsibilities will include:

-Manage and organize employee documentation
-Design and coordinate production logbooks
-Update and ensure compliance of Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
-Distribute environmental monitoring data
-Assist with the translation of Process Instruction Sheets (PI-sheets)
-Perform various ad hoc tasks to support the team
 

Your future team

You will join the SBP GMP Support team which consists of four skilled employees that provide support to SBP. The team is part of the Pharmaceutical Production (PP) at Lundbeck’s headquarters in Valby.

We are 150+ employees with different professional backgrounds, and we are responsible for the commercial production of tablet formulations and packaging for Lundbeck's global market. PP consists of several production teams and support functions.

You will report to the Production Manager for the SBP GMP Support team.

What you bring to the team

-Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program (e.g., pharmacy, biotechnology, Chemical Engineering)
-A proactive and curious mindset, eager to learn and take on new challenges
-A positive mindset and solution-oriented approach
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
-Fluent communication in Danish and English (oral and written)
