Our client, a leading global player in the MedTech industry, is seeking a Customer Finance Manager EMEA to lead and develop the regional credit management function. In this strategic role, you will ensure financial stability, compliance, and continuous improvement across the EMEA region while managing a high-performing team.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the credit management strategy across EMEA in alignment with corporate financial goals

Assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers, conduct risk analysis, and manage the credit portfolio
*
Lead collections processes to maintain strong cash flow and minimize overdue receivables
*
Ensure compliance with SOX requirements, corporate guidelines, and regulatory frameworks
*
Oversee reporting on credit performance, risk exposure, and collections results to senior management
*
Drive best practices and process improvements across credit operations
*
Manage, mentor, and develop an international team to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
*
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Sales, and Legal on credit-related matters
Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
*
At least 10 years of professional experience in credit management, with 3-5 years in a leadership position
*
Proven track record in multinational companies (MedTech, pharma, food, diagnostics, or related industries preferred)
*
Strong analytical skills, hands-on credit management expertise, and ability to drive improvements
*
Fluency in English, additional European languages are a plus
*
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
