Propósito
Es responsable del desarrollo de todas las marcas de Wyndham Hotels & Resorts en la Ciudad de México.
El rol incluirá todos los aspectos del desarrollo, como la investigación de mercado, la búsqueda y selección de proyectos potenciales; supervisar el análisis del potencial de los proyectos; preparar contratos y obtener la aprobación interna.
Principales conocimientos y responsabilidades
-Construir relaciones productivas con propietarios y franquicias, tanto nuevas como existentes con el fin de aumentar el número de habitaciones en México
-Investigar cuentas, identificar actores clave y generar interés para el resto de los equipos
-Concretar transacciones y contratos para incrementar el pipeline y lograr los objetivos planteados
-Identificar oportunidades potenciales de crecimiento mediante la incorporación de nuevas propiedades a nuestro portafolio
-Enfoque en prioridades fundamentales del negocio, entender cómo navegar en la organización para lograr los objetivos y metas del negocio
-Monitorear y revisar el desempeño del equipo y el presupuesto contra lo pronosticado
-Consultar con las partes correspondientes para lograr acuerdos y eliminar barreras
Experiencia y Educación

-Experiencia significativa en firmas de diseño o negocios hoteleros.

-Experiencia en gestión de proyectos y entrega de proyectos y flujos de trabajo complejos.
