We are seeking a highly qualified and committed Armed Security Officer (Only for candidates with LEOSA HR-218) to join our security team in Raleigh, North Carolina. Key Responsibilities: . Monitor and enforce security protocols. . Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies and critical incidents. . Conduct preventative patrols on and around grounds. . Participate in regular safety drills and training sessions. . Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain operational documentation Required Licenses and Certifications: . Valid HR218 certification. . Current North Carolina Armed Guard Card. Minimum Requirements: . Must be a U.S. citizen or have legal authorization to work in the U.S. . High school diploma or GED. . At least 3 years of combined experience in military service, law enforcement, security, corrections, or emergency response. . Physically capable of standing, walking, and patrolling for extended periods both indoors and outdoors. Skills and Competencies: . Advanced tactical and firearms training. . Intermediate knowledge of emergency response protocols. . Proficiency with incident reporting and documentation tools. . Strong communication and conflict resolution skills. .
