Primary Teachers: January Start in North Manchester

Are you a passionate Primary Teacher ready for a new role in the new year? We're seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join vibrant school communities across North Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to start the new term, and shape the educational journey of pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

What We're Looking For

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): You must have full QTS and recent experience teaching in UK primary schools. Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs/ECTs) are also welcome .
* Experience: Proven experience teaching Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 with a strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
* SEN Understanding: You must have experience working with and adapting teaching for pupils with a range of special educational needs. A commitment to inclusive practice is essential.
* Commitment: This is a full-time, long-term opportunity starting in January. Our goal is to place you in a consistent role, though initial placements may be day-to-day for supply needs.
* Hours: You can commit to full-time hours, typically 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, during term time.
* Key Qualities: You should have excellent classroom management skills, strong pedagogical knowledge, adaptability, and a positive, collaborative attitude.

Your Role Will Involve

* Delivering Lessons: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum, differentiating to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEN.
* Assessing Progress: Monitor and record pupil progress, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to SEN reviews and IEPs/EHCPs.
* Creating a Positive Environment: Foster an inclusive and stimulating learning environment where all children feel safe and valued.
* Collaboration: Work with colleagues, SENCOs, parents, and external professionals to support pupil well-being and academic success for all.
