The Architectural Technician role:
* Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to progress projects from concept through to completion
* Produce precise technical drawings, specifications, and supporting documentation
* Liaise confidently with clients, consultants, and contractors across all project stages
* Contribute to the delivery of sustainable, innovative design solutions that balance creativity and technical excellence
The successful Architectural Technician will have:
* Architectural Technology degree, or an HNC/HND
* Experienced Architectural Technician/Technologist with a strong record of delivering complex schemes
* Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
* Strong construction and technical knowledge, with exceptional attention to detail
* Effective communicator with excellent coordination and teamwork skills
* Proactive, resourceful and solutions-focused, with the ability to work independently when needed
