Defining and then implementing the Social Media and Content Strategy working with the marketing team and the channels to embed.
Role overview:
As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:
-Define the Social and Content strategy
-Execution of our B2B social media strategy to drive new acquisition and repeat spend of our existing customers
-Use the Social Media an content framework to launch new propositions
-Helping to shape strategy on new & emerging channels for Currys B2B, such as Linkedin, Instagram, TikTok & Twitch
-Being our internal contact for the business on social media. Sourcing internal ‘stories’ to share on the social channels, the stories will fit into “Amazing Technology” and “Amazing Colleagues” for B2B
-Overseeing the content calendar for Currys Business and building it in to the quarterly and annual planning process
-Responsible for creating the quarterly marketing plans for social media, creating internal plans and documents, and presenting in wider marketing meetings
-Supporting the Commercial / GTM team to plan in supplier trade posts into the content calendar
-Aligning our social content plans with internal teams such as; CRM, Content and Internal Communications
You will need:
-Experience of working with Social Media (4+ years)
-Demonstrable experience of managing social accounts; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok & Pinterest
-Confidence in implementing and managing organic Social campaigns with both brand and performance objectives
-Proficient at reporting and analytics (platform insights and software e.g. Sprout Social as well as Ads Managers)
-Ability to develop internal and external campaign plans and post activity reports independently
-Understanding of influencer marketing, experience sourcing /activating influencers
-Experience of the Soho / SME market preferable
-Experience more valued over qualifications
