What does a Sr. Manager, Integrated Logistics – EMEA do?
As a Sr. Manager in Integrated Logistics, you’ll lead logistics operations across the EMEA region, driving strategy, performance, and innovation. You’ll oversee transportation planning, warehousing, and distribution, ensuring cost-effective, compliant, and customer-focused execution. This role is part of Sealed Air’s newly established Integrated Value Chain Organization and plays a critical part in shaping logistics excellence across multiple countries.

Strategic Leadership: Define and execute regional logistics strategy. Lead network optimization and process improvement initiatives
Operations Management: Oversee warehousing, transportation, and 3PL relationships. Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. Ensure effective inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics
People & Performance: Lead and develop a high-performing regional logistics team. Foster a culture of accountability and engagement
Compliance & Risk: Ensure compliance with regional regulations (ADR, customs, trade). Lead risk mitigation and business continuity planning
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as liaison between global logistics and regional teams. Influence internal and external stakeholders
Data & Technology: Use ERP and analytics to drive performance and predictability. Promote digital transformation in logistics
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
Experience
Proben experience in logistics/supply chain roles, including regional/multi-country management
Experience in a leadership role within regional or global planning functions
Certifications
APICS, Lean Six Sigma, or similar preferred
Languages
English (mandatory); additional European languages (Italian, Spanish, German) are a strong plus
