- Under the direction of the Top Sales and Marketing Executive, has primary responsibility for executing the strategy, plans, policies and procedures that control the organization's marketing and sales activities- Typically has responsibility for activities such as short- and long-range market and sales objectives and strategy, management of the sales force, market research, product/brand management, advertising and promotion, and new product development.
