The ideal Assistant General Manager....
* Will have 1/2 Years Assistant General Manager experience
* Experience in a venue taking A£30,000 net plus a week
* Excellent cocktail and wine knowledge
* Financial understanding and excellent sales building skills
* Keen to grow in a vibrant company!
