What You'll Do: Lead & Mentor - Hire, train, and supervise direct support staff to deliver high-quality care. Ensure Quality Living - Oversee daily operations, budgets, and household needs, ensuring homes are safe, clean, and welcoming. Support Health & Safety - Monitor medical needs, emergency preparedness, infection control, and medication administration. Be a Problem-Solver - Respond to emergencies, troubleshoot issues, and keep things running smoothly. Champion Community Inclusion - Plan and support activities that connect members to their community. Collaborate & Communicate - Work closely with families, staff, and community partners, while maintaining accurate documentation. What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a CILA home setting . Supervisory experience and DSP training required. Must pass the TABE test and maintain authorization to pass medications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
