Job Title: Multiskilled Mechanical Engineer
Location: Sedgefield, UK
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: Competitive, up to GBP38,000 per annum
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead all planned (PPM) and reactive maintenance with a primary focus on joinery and building fabric.
* Perform a range of multi-trade tasks to ensure the site is maintained to the highest standard.
* Conduct risk assessments and maintain meticulous records of all work completed.
* Act as a key problem-solver for day-to-day facility maintenance issues.
What We're Looking For:
* Essential: A formal qualification in Carpentry and Joinery (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
* Proven experience in a multi-skilled or fabric maintenance role, ideally in a commercial environment.
* A proactive and reliable professional with strong problem-solving skills.
* Full UK driver's license and own vehicle.
* Willingness to participate in an on-call rota.
