Key Responsibilities
- Reconciling subledger to general ledger account balances
- Preparation of account reconciliations using Blackline Reconciliation tool (including monthly bank reconciliations, prepaids, accrueds, expenses, etc.)
- Preparing financial statements
- Performing monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analyses
- Assisting in the preparation of annual footnote disclosures
- Monthly reconciliation of intercompany balances
- Knowledge of foreign currency transactions and translation
- Program Administrator for Pcard transactions
- Backup to System Administrator for Pcards

Competencies and skills
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting (CPA a plus).
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
- Strong PC skills in Windows based environment.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
