Key Responsibilities

-Identify parts requested and provide pricing for technicians and customers

-Assist in warehouse inventory management

-Ensure unused, damaged, or warranty parts are returned in a timely manner

-Utilizing parts manuals and breakdowns
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Vendor communication

-Providing parts tracking and accurate shipping ETAs as dictated by suppliers
