Job Description
WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

-Follow all safety requirements
-Certify Hazardous Materials Shipping Documents to comply with the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), International, and the Department of Transportation (DOT) policies and regulations
-Staging material for loading ensuring proper bracing and blocking if required
-Loading and unloading tanker trucks and railcars
-Area cleanup
-Other duties as assigned
Working Environment

-May be required to work shift work including weekends, and holidays
-Working at heights (top of railcars, tanker trucks and tanks, etc.)
Physical Activities

-Will be required to climb upon railcars, tanker trucks, and climb stairs
-Duties may involve working outdoors with a potential to exposure to extreme climatic conditions
-Work will require lifting up to 55lbs; stooping; climbing; prolonged standing and/or sitting
-Employee use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required in certain areas
-Prepare tanker & box trucks for shipments from plant
-Ensure proper handling of production raw materials, including staging and loading
Qualifications

-One year of related experience
-Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
-Bulk truck and railcar loading and unloading experience is preferred
Education
High School Diploma/GED
