Purpose:
Prepare, maintain, periodic close, management of the general ledger and financial accounting books of the Financial Services group reporting
Assist the Financial Services group and Corporate customers in providing ad-hoc analyses and data gathering.
Key Accountabilities:
-Period end closing of the NVOs and Cost Centers for the financial services group;
-The periodic data gathering and ad-hoc analyses for financial services group;
-Creation and issuance of related NVO analysis Reports for the financial services group;
-To ensure the Subsidiary Budgeting and Planning are in compliance with divisional reporting deadlines and to adhere sales growth accuracy with reported financials from General Accounting;
-The fostering of relationships between the financial services group and its customers;
-Maintenance of the integrity and accuracy of transaction recording (journals, adjustments, allocations, I/Co operations) on a daily basis;
-Creation and issuance of related Financial Statements after any appropriate eliminations or consolidations, together with the provision of selected government information;
-Preparation VAT and Intrastat reporting and monitor on time approvals and payments to local government;
-Collaboration with different finance and logistics departments.
Qualifications:
-at least 2 years of experience in accounting;
-A master degree in finance/accounting area;
-Very good command of English;
-Well-grounded knowledge of SAP;
-Strong analytical and communication skills;
-Accuracy and attention to details;
