RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXECUTIVE:
The appointed conveyancer will have 3+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing, dealing with various complex conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and more complex matters such as developments and shared ownerships. You will be required to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a supportive team environment and helping to develop junior colleagues.
