Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

About the Opportunity
You will be responsible for creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment where every student feels supported. Your key duties will include:
* Adapting and delivering creative English lessons tailored to the individual needs of students.
* Utilising P Scales to effectively meet diverse learning requirements.
* Building positive and lasting relationships with students to foster a safe classroom environment.
* Collaborating with a team of professionals to provide comprehensive student support.
* Providing personal care as needed.
Who We Are Looking For
We need a compassionate and proactive educator with:
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Proven experience working with SEN students in a school setting.
* A current DBS check on the Update Service, or the willingness .
* A deep commitment to inclusive teaching practices and helping students reach their full potential.
