Leapfrog Services is seeking a Desktop Administrator to help manage and support client endpoints across Windows and Mac environments. This is a newly created role, designed to strengthen and modernize how we manage client endpoints. We're looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and initiative - a professional who is eager to take ownership, improve processes, and shape this position as it grows.
This role partners with build room staff on device provisioning, with service desk analysts on day-to-day support, and with M365 administrators on identity and cloud integration. What You'll Do
Manage the full lifecycle of client endpoints: provisioning, onboarding, administration, restocking, and retirement. Configure and support devices using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, MDM, RMM, and M365 tools. Administer Active Directory and Entra ID hybrid environments (Group Policy, conditional access). Assist with patching, updates, and software deployments to ensure compliance. Act as an escalation point for endpoint issues. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and help define best practices for desktop administration at Leapfrog.
What You'll Bring
3+ years of experience in endpoint administration, desktop management, or IT support. Hands-on knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, and MDM. Familiarity with Active Directory/Entra ID and Group Policy. Experience with patching, updates, and enterprise app deployments. Familiarity with RMM tools and IT asset inventory systems. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. A proactive mindset with the ability to go beyond "business as usual" - taking initiative, seeking better solutions, and contributing to continuous improvement.

Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Intune Administrator Associate (preferred) Microsoft, ITIL, or automation-related certifications Prior experience at a multi-tenant Managed Service Provider (MSP)
