Job Summary:

The Analyst, HR Business Solutions, plays a key support role in advancing HR initiatives aligned with our evolving operating model. Working in partnership with Strategic HR Business Leaders and Centers of Excellence (COEs), this role helps coordinate and implement HR programs and solutions that address business needs. This position is ideal for an organized, solutions-focused HR professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Job Specifications:

Job Responsibilities:

-Support the delivery of HR initiatives through the Integrated Business and Talent Planning process.
-Partner with HR Business Leaders and key stakeholders to gather requirements and coordinate the logistics of project components.
-Assist in the execution of programs related to talent planning, organizational changes, and process improvements.
-Track project timelines, deliverables, and communications to help ensure projects stay on course.
-Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and measure solution effectiveness.
-Ensure alignment with HR standards, processes, and policies during implementation efforts.
-Facilitate collaboration across HR teams to streamline execution and resolve issues efficiently.
-Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by capturing feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance HR solutions.
 

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree required.
-2+ years of experience in HR, project coordination, or a related field.
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
-Effective written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a matrixed, fast-moving environment.
 

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $65,480 - $77, # Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Vail Resorts offers a ‘Hybrid’ work environment for Broomfield-based roles where employees must live within 50 miles of the Broomfield office and work on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and have flexibility to work off-site on Mondays and Fridays.
