What you will do: 

As a strategic partner within the People team, the People Business Partner supports our business in France by aligning people initiatives with organizational objectives. This role works closely with leaders to drive performance, enhance employee experience, and implement impactful HR strategies that foster growth, engagement, and long-term success.

Main Accountabilities:

• Coordinate interactions with the Social and Economic Committee (CSE), ensuring compliance and fostering a positive and constructive social dialogue.
• Act as a strategic advisor to managers and teams, supporting organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and change management.

• Provide expert guidance on all P&O related matters in France, including employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent development, and engagement.

• Ensure compliance with French labor law and internal policies, managing P&O risks appropriately.

• Support workforce planning, hiring strategies, and internal mobility in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and other P&O functions.

• Contribute to the implementation of global P&O agenda and adapt it to the local context when necessary.

• Lead or support key P&O projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain accurate P&O data and contribute to meaningful HR reporting and analysis.

• Manage employee lifecycle processes in HR systems (onboarding, job changes, exits), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

• Initiate and follow up on necessary workflows and authorization requests (e.g. hiring approvals, contract changes, equipment requests), in coordination with internal stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

-ACADEMIC LEVEL
 

-Degree in Psychology, Law, Business Administration, Labor Relations.
-Master's degree or specialized training in Human Resources is highly desirable
 

-REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
 

-+5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, ideally in an international and fast-paced environment.
 

-SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
 

-Strong knowledge of French labor law and social relations.
-Experience managing interactions with the CSE or similar employee representative bodies.
-Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.
 

-LANGUAGES
 

-French 
-English (fluent)
-Spanish (would be a plus)
