As Associate Director, Digital Environments & Operations, you’ll shape the strategy, delivery, and optimisation of SaaS platforms across CSS, ensuring they’re secure, scalable, and effortless for our people and customers. The day to day

-Define and deliver the environment strategy that enables scalable and seamless SaaS capabilities across the organisation.

-Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement secure, user-friendly, and high-performing solutions.

-Oversee delivery methodologies, embedding continuous optimisation and automation wherever possible.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Ensure platforms comply with data protection regulations and embed best-practice security standards.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and operating plans, with a focus on maximising value.

-Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to translate complex needs into practical, customer-focused outcomes.

-Monitor and enhance performance metrics, ensuring platforms continually meet and exceed expectations.

-Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence outcomes across multiple teams and stakeholders.

-Deep expertise in environment design, SaaS platforms, and technical architecture – with a strong focus on finops, automated on-demand environment creation / teardown & SaaS economics.

-Essential operating and environment management skills in atleast two of the following environments - Cybersource, Salesforce, Adobe Cloud & SAP.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Confidence engaging with senior leaders, vendors, and regulators, with excellent communication and stakeholder management.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Proven ability to manage budgets, operating plans, and vendor partnerships to deliver measurable value.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Knowledge of compliance, governance, and security standards, with a passion for embedding them into everyday practice.

-A track record of driving innovation, automation, and continuous improvement to simplify how digital environments run.
