Job Title: Architectural Technologist
Location: Manchester
Salary: GBP35-42,000 DOE

Daily Duties:
* Lead projects from Stage 4 to completion
* Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications and documentation
* Conduct site visits, resolve technical issues, liaise with contractors & consultants
* Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project delivery
* Manage client communications, risk and deadlines
* Assist with procurement and contract administration as needed
Ideal Candidate:
* Architectural Technologist with substantial years' experience
* Demonstrable site experience on medium-sized projects
* Background in industrial, high-rise residential and/or sports & leisure schemes
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations and detailing
* Capable project runner with excellent communication and coordination skills
* Team player with enthusiasm for learning and technical excellence
