About Strategic Sourcing at Sephora:
This role sits within the Center of Excellence team, part of the Sephora NA Strategic Sourcing organization The COE team focuses on driving automation, data-driven insights, collaborative partnerships, risk mitigation, and supplier performance management to enable scalable and efficient sourcing operations. While the Sourcing team leads negotiations and delivers cost savings across indirect categories, the COE supports these efforts by providing the tools, frameworks, and governance programs needed to drive consistency and strategic alignment across the business. The Sr Project Manager will lead key initiatives related to Sephora’s contingent workforce strategy, ensuring effective program management and alignment with Sephora’s goals.
Your role at Sephora:
Sephora North America is hiring a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager, Contingent Workforce to lead the development, implementation and ongoing management of our contingent workforce program. Reporting to the Director of Sourcing Strategy and Operations, you will be responsible for designing policies, processes, and documentation to support an effective supplier and contingent labor strategy and ensuring ongoing functional deliverables for the program. The ideal candidate will have experience in Fieldglass, strong project management skills, and a background in contingent sourcing, contracting, and vendor management.

-Lead the end-to-end setup of the contingent workforce program, including strategy, governance, operational rollout and ongoing management, while also overseeing the offshore contingent workforce team to ensure smooth ongoing operations
-Develop, document and maintain scalable policies and procedures for engaging and managing contingent labor
-Partner with HR, Legal, Sourcing, and Business Stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance with Sephora standards and local regulations
-Design and implement a formal Vendor management process to assess, onboard, monitor, and offboard suppliers, establish and report on performance metrics and SLAs
-Serve as a primary liaison between the business and the suppliers to drive accountability, compliance, and performance
-Serve as the subject matter expert and system admin for Fieldglass, and lead its configuration, optimization, and daily operations
-Train internal stakeholders on the use of Fieldglass and contingent worker policy and processes
-Build project plans and timelines to ensure key milestones are being captured and met as it relates to contingent workforce program initiatives, and sourcing and contracting projects; effectively communicate status updates to key stakeholders, including timely identification and escalation/resolution of issues
-Provide support in the creation, negotiation, and updates of Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Services Agreements (MSAs), and similar contracts
-Collaborate with Sourcing to identify sourcing strategies, cost efficiencies, and talent pipeline improvements
-Lead change management efforts related to contingent workforce initiatives – including creating training materials, guides, and internal communications to support adoption and understanding of the program

-5+ years of contingent workforce management
-3+ years of strategic sourcing or project management experience
-Willing to come into the office 2-3 days a week, with some travel
-Experience with contingent workforce tools (Fieldglass preferred), supplier management, and offshore contractors
-Strong knowledge of workforce models (1099, SOW, MSP), labor compliance, and policy/process documentation
-Background in contract drafting, negotiation, and change management or training (a plus)
-Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
The annual base salary range for this position is $114,000.00 - $128,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
