High School Science Teacher (Physics & Chemistry) Full-Time and Part-Time
BrightSpire Talent is seeking qualified High School Science Teachers . These positions focus on teaching Physics and Chemistry to high school students in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Physics and Chemistry that align with state and school curriculum standards
Incorporate labs, demonstrations, and hands-on experiments to enhance student understanding of scientific concepts
Assess and track student learning, providing timely feedback and extra support when needed
Foster a classroom culture that promotes curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving
Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student growth and achievement
Integrate technology and modern instructional strategies to make science engaging and relevant
Qualifications:
Valid teaching certification in Science (Physics and/or Chemistry) or eligibility for licensure
Bachelor s degree in Science Education, Physics, Chemistry, or related field required; Master s degree preferred
Prior high school teaching experience is strongly preferred
Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
A passion for inspiring students to explore and succeed in the sciences
