About the Role

We’re now looking for a
Change Manager – Transformation
to join Vinarchy’s Transformation team on a
2-year fixed-term contract
based in
Adelaide
, reporting to the
Global Transformation Director

 

This small, expert team is driving true operational transformation across the business, combining technical excellence with emerging technologies to deliver smarter, more agile ways of working.
 

In this role, you’ll lead the change strategy across a portfolio of key transformation projects, working closely with departmental and technical teams to embed new processes and systems. You’ll design and implement employee-centric change plans that ensure smooth adoption, timely delivery, and lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assess the scope, impact, and risks of change across individuals, teams, and the organisation.
-Develop and implement tailored change strategies to support transformation projects.

-Map and analyse stakeholder needs, building strong engagement and buy-in across all levels.

-Coach leaders and managers to effectively sponsor and lead change within their teams.

-Create and manage comprehensive change plans, including training, communication, and resistance management.

-Monitor business readiness and stakeholder feedback to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.

-Support operational transition planning, ensuring teams are equipped for new processes and systems.

-Collaborate with project teams to report on change progress, benefits, and business impact.

-Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout change initiatives.

-Promote a culture of respect, responsibility, and continuous improvement aligned with Vinarchy’s values.
 
 

What We're Looking For:

You’ll be passionate about change, collaboration, and making a real difference, plus be able to demonstrate the following skills / experience:
 

-3–5 years’ experience in change management, ideally within operational or industrial environments.
-Proven ability to lead change across multiple projects or transformation portfolios.

-Strong stakeholder engagement, coaching, and facilitation skills.

-Solid understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) and project delivery.

-Excellent communication, problem-solving, and influencing abilities.

-Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Change Management, or a related field

-Desirable - Change management certification (Prosci, APMG, or equivalent)  
 
-Desirable - Project management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP)
 
-Ability to influence and build consensus across all organisational levels.

-Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, complex environments.
