Duties for the role of Senior Building Surveyor include:
* Carry out building conditions surveys and Quinquenniel inspections
* Carry out report writing and preparing schedules of repairs
* Work on planning and building regulation applications
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors whilst taking on technical challenges
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Building Surveyor:
* Degree within Building Surveying
* MRICS accredited
* Significant post qualification experience as a Building Surveyor within a UK company
* Working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Full UK Driver's license
* Live within a commutable distance to the Durham area
