PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION

This role is responsible for maximizing the profitability of Europe Retail by ensuring that all Omnichannel services and their sub-initiatives are managed effectively end-to-end involving all key stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class consumer journey and drive performance excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Support the implementation and continuous execution of key Omnichannel initiatives across Europe Retail.
-Manage the development and consistent execution of monitoring and support mechanisms to maintain performance against target KPIs and ensure a best-in-class Omnichannel experience for consumers and stores.
-Support in defining and sharing best practices for a smooth and efficient execution of Omnichannel processes in stores.
-Drive the development and delivery of operational and financial reports to inform key stakeholders of the current performance.
-Support the implementation of an effective and efficient demand management process to deliver enhancements to established solutions based on operational performance and market needs.
-Deliver training and related material to drive effective and efficient operations within the respective functions impacted by the solution.
-Deliver documentation of all key initiatives and make it easily available for the organization. Prepare and update local guidelines based on market requests.
-Check and review all existing policies and standards and provide necessary updates on a regular basis according to new systems and tools.
-Organize and facilitate required meetings to inform and motivate the organization for the assigned key initiatives.
-Understand, consolidate, and represent the business interests of the market as an ambassador towards global and local counterparts.
-Support in managing the Europe Digital Retail Champions Program and sustain excellence in securing change agents in the market that act as key catalysts and ambassadors for change in Omnichannel and Digital Retail.
-Support the overall Retail Operations team for other key initiatives as assigned by reporting line manager(s).

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

-University degree and/or commercial training in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing or Sales is preferred (or similar business experience)
-Minimum 2 years Retail experience
-Experience in Omnichannel or Digital Retail is an advantage
