In the role of Sr. Financial Analyst, North America Supply Chain working in Milwaukee, WI.  You

will provide financial analysis and reporting for the Customer Supply Chain Division.

The position reports to the Sr Mgr, Customer Supply Chain Finance and works closely with North American Supply Chain Finance teams, and has heavy involvement with various levels o management.

What You’ll Be Brewing:

-Providing timely & accurate reporting packages every month for distribution finance
-Managing detailed reporting and business support for top loss reduction, including finished goods loss (FGL)
-Continuously improving processes which are non-value added & seeks value-added solutions.
-Making effective decisions on more complex issues, considering relevant costs, benefits & risks.
-Demonstrating the initiative to drive change and influence others in support of the organization’s goals and objectives.
-Using financial analysis techniques, tools, and concepts to provide practical counsel to business unit partners and to help drive business results
-Using accounting principles and knowledge of internal controls to provide objective, timely, and accurate financial information
 

Key Ingredients:

-You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

, or another relative 4- year degree, CPA preferred.

-You have financial modeling experience and experience with financial software (Power BI, Power Query, Excel, Business Objects (BOBJ, SAP)
-You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

Pay and Benefits:

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $81,600.00 - $107,100.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).

The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
