Job Responsibilities

-Lead with Purpose - Guide and inspire your sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets, driving profitable growth while maintaining an exceptional standard of customer service.
-Craft & Execute Winning Strategies - Develop and execute annual sales plans, including defining key metrics and tracking progress against targets to ensure we stay on course for success.
-Cultivate Relationships - Build and maintain deep, long-lasting relationships with major accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded, and identifying opportunities for new business.
-Stay Ahead of the Curve - Monitor market trends, assess product portfolios, and work on new product introductions to ensure we remain at the forefront of innovation and competitiveness.
-Collaborate for Success - Partner with production and operations teams to ensure products meet our high standards of quality, availability, and demand.
-Optimize Operations - Oversee sales-related administrative tasks, including managing special orders, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the board.
-Drive Business Development - Proactively scout for new opportunities, markets, and customers, securing new business while expanding our footprint in both existing and untapped industries.
-Maintain Financial Discipline - Manage the sales cost structure, balancing staffing, marketing, and travel expenses while driving high ROI.
Job Requirements

-A bachelor’s degree (or advanced) in Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
-5+ years in Outside Sales or Sales Management, preferably within the building materials or hardscapes industry.
-Exceptional ability to lead and motivate a sales team, with a focus on results, professional growth, and customer satisfaction.
-A keen understanding of market trends, sales analytics, and the ability to pivot strategies based on insights and data.
-A strong command of CRM platforms, with the ability to analyze data to drive sales strategies and decisions.
-Ability to travel up to 50% travel, including overnight stays within your region.
Compensation

-Base salary $105,000-$125,000 plus annual bonus.
