We're looking for a true leader with the vision, drive, and entrepreneurial spirit to make this restaurant one of London's most talked-about destinations.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the full opening and ongoing operations of the restaurant.
* Work closely with ownership to shape and deliver the long-term vision.
* Drive the commercial success of the venue while delivering an outstanding guest experience.
* Act as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring consistency and excellence at every level.
* Support with future growth and additional openings across the brand.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a General Manager (or similar senior leadership role) in high-profile, high-volume restaurants.
* A track record of successfully opening and operating destination venues.
* Deep understanding of hospitality standards and exceptional guest service.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities for growth and innovation.
* Strong financial acumen and the ability to drive profitability without compromising quality.
* An inspiring people leader with the ability to build, mentor and motivate a high-performing team.
