Influence Strategy, Not Just Operations - You'll own structured procurement, shape BOM/DFM decisions with Engineering, and sit alongside the Commercial Leader to impact quoting, negotiations, and gross profit outcomes. Supply chain here directly drives 45%+ GP targets.
Build Supplier Partnerships & Resilient Networks - Lead Partnering Agreements with top suppliers, drive supplier innovation workshops, and ensure dual-supplier resilience across our U.S. and Mexico footprint. This role builds partnerships that fuel growth, not transactions.
Develop and Lead a High-Performing Team - Analysts, managers, buyers-you'll shape a team, build succession, and embed a culture of servant leadership, coaching, and connection. What You'll Do Lead structured procurement strategy (CAU, EAU, blanket orders) with a target of 70%+ coverage. Drive supplier performance, innovation, and resilience strategies across borders. Partner with Commercial and Engineering to ensure supply chain enables profitability and scalability. Own Power BI dashboards for real-time supply chain visibility (supplier scorecards, cost variance, inventory turns). Coach and elevate your team to be trusted business partners across Electrex. What We're Looking For 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership; 5+ years leading cross-functional teams. Proven success in structured procurement programs, supplier negotiation, and category management. SIOP mastery required; CPIM/CSCP preferred. Hands-on ERP (Syteline) and Power BI experience strongly preferred. Cross-border/global leadership exposure a plus.
