Job Summary:
The Outbound Sales Representative converts prospects into active customers by driving outreach to senior adults, caregivers, and agencies. This role focuses on promoting THB's products and services, onboarding new users to the digital platform, and re-engaging past participants. Success is measured by conversion rates, call volume, and customer retention.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Drive customer conversions by proactively engaging senior adults, caregivers, and agencies through outbound calls that promote THB's products and services, address objections, and close commitments. Convert new members by educating them on the caregiver timesheet submission confirmation process and ensuring they adopt it successfully. Convert caregivers and agencies by onboarding them onto THB's digital timekeeping app, guiding them through setup and usage. Win over agencies by transitioning them from legacy timesheet submission processes to THB's digital solution, clearly demonstrating value and efficiency gains. Re-engage and reactivate previous agencies and caregivers by promoting new opportunities for submissions on THB's platform. Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs, concerns, and preferences to strengthen long-term engagement. Clearly explain product benefits, features, and processes in a way that is accessible to senior adults. Guide members through THB's marketplace to select and purchase products or services. Conduct follow-up calls to confirm satisfaction, prevent churn, and identify new opportunities for conversion. Accurately document all outreach and interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with peers and other departments to share insights and improve sales strategies. Perform other duties as assigned.
Performance Metrics:
Opt in rate: Maintain target levels by product Outbound Calls: Minimum of 50 per day Sales conversions: Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets.
Requirements:
Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proven skill in handling objections and solving problems with empathy and effectiveness. Excellent communication skills with patience and adaptability when engaging senior adults. Ability to explain products in clear, concise, and relatable terms. Strong listening skills and ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivated, positive, and disciplined. Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems. Flexible in adapting to evolving customer needs and sales strategies. Must be 18 years of age or older.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Proven track record in outbound sales with consistent achievement of conversion and call-volume targets. Experience working with senior adults, caregivers, or agencies is highly desirable. Background in healthcare, insurance, or service-based industries is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to remain at your designated workstation for the duration of the workday Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a phone and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The ability to observe details at close range (typically on a computer screen) This position offers the flexibility of remote work at approved locations within the United States. Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a designated work environment conducive to professional phone calls and sensitive data.
