PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
 
-    Do you have a strong passion for digital and B2B marketing? Are you a natural talent in using new communication channels and think in new and innovative ways?
-    Are you a solution oriented, pro-active person with hands-on experience (and/or a keen interest to learn) working in a global and diverse organization with different marketing tasks such as CRM and lead handling, proofreading, event coordination, image & content creation?
-    Are you a newly graduated person in the need for business experience or someone with a drive an interest in digital marketing?

We are currently looking for a Marketing Associate to strengthen the Nordic Marketing Team. The contract is for 6 months with the option to be extend.

 
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The marketing associate will take on several support roles and eventually with experience will manage their own projects. Areas of support include, but are not limited to:
 
•    Insight gathering thru CRM and Data Base analysis.
•    Campaign execution related tasks such as Image creation, Copywriting or proofreading, 
•    Marketo campaigns set-up and Email building.
•    Event support execution and follow-up
•    KPI following and reporting 
•    Ad-hoc support to regional marketing tea

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES / WORK EXPERIENCE (beneficial, but not required)
 
•    Experience in hands-on marketing support
•    Knowledge about content creation for online media and channels
•    Keen interest in social and digital marketing
•    Experience from copywriting, proof reading and data handling
•    Project management (ad-hoc or small-scaled projects)
•    Working in a team environment
•    Energy, passion and a real “can-do” attitude
•    The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
•    Strong time management skills
•    Good skills in Microsoft Office applications – in particular Excel and PowerPoint
•    Keen interest on Salesforce CRM and Automation tools such as Marketo.
•    Fluent in English, a Nordic language is a plus.

The role of marketing associate will provide a good understanding of the executional and campaign side of marketing, with a variety of projects and skills being learned. This is an exciting opportunity to play a role in a very busy but innovative marketing team and build a great CV and personal brand.
